Matthias and Sonnhild were kind not only kind enough to show me some pictures of their creations of that time, but also let me publish them on my blog.

In  the late nineties Matthias worked for Annex Avantfashion SA as designer and patternmaker. Until 2009 he was professor and artistic director at the Institute Fashion-Design of FHNW in Basel.

Today Matthias Georg concentrates on a new fashion label that he is running with partner Patrick Frei since 1999: "MATTHIASGEORGPATRICKFREI Men's Wear, Women's Wear" can be found in their little store on Gräbligasse 3  in Zurichs pittoresque old city. For almost all the pieces of this line Matthias is responsible of the design, patternmaking, sewing and even embroidering!
